Tiki Spa Hotel in Palm Spring will soon be remodeled and even its name will be changed. Co-owners Allen Yadgari and Robert Kashefi plans to start remodeling the Tiki Spa in 2010 for they do not have the budget of $2 million for the said project for now. In the remodeling process the tiki poles will be omitted as well as the lava stones, the name Tiki spa will become "Hotel Moderne". But still, they will try to preserve the Polynesian influence.
